For those organizations wanting employees to track daily symptoms related to COVID-19, this checklist provides a reliable way to do so. At the end of the assessment, a badge will be a provided to qualifying participants to show when reporting to work. Please note the information in the self-assessment tools is not intended to provide medical advice.

In module 2, you will review proper handwashing technique as recommended by the World Health Organization, Centre for Disease Control and Health Canada. At the end of the module, you will receive a certificate.

In Module 3, you will be introduced to proper coughing and sneezing protocols and etiquette. At the end of the module you will receive a certificate indicating that you understand that protocols when coughing or sneezing in the workplace to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

In this module, you will receive an overview of the COVID-19 pandemic in an easy to follow Q and A format. There are helpful suggestions for how to protect yourself, co-workers and family during the pandemic. You will receive a certificate at the end of the module.

In Module 5, you  will explore facilities best practices for sanitization of the workplace to reduce the risks of transmitting COVID-19 while at work. This module is an introduction for Human Resources personal and/or supervisors when preparing for employees working in all areas of their company. At the end of the module, you will receive a certificate indicating completion of the Facilities Best Practices for Sanitization.

In this section, you will find several industry resources and supports to assist with Covid-19 protocols and recommendations. You will also find reference links to resources and information used in this pilot.
